Q.  Where does this appear? 
A.  Featured listings appear at the top of appropriate pages for your area as a thumbnail image and at or near the top of the listings page with the heading Featured Property.

Q. Does my featured listing always show at the top.
A. Your featured listing will only show in appropriate places.
 Example:  If your property is in Bucerias Mexico, it will show when users are searching all properties
 in Mexico or if the user customizes their search to only properties in Bucerias.  Your featured listing will
not be displayed is the user is searching for properties in specific city other than where your property is
listed.

Q. Does my featured listing always show as the very top listing on the property listings page.
A. Your page will be at the top of the pages, but if there are several featured properties for your area
you will not necessarily be the first one.
